After completing her degree in Creative Writing, Anna landed her first job as a junior writer on a popular television show. She worked tirelessly, learning everything she could about the industry and honing her craft. Her hard work paid off, and she was soon promoted to head writer, where she was able to put her own unique stamp on the show. She began writing for theatre, where she discovered a love for comedy and the power of laughter to bring people together. It was during this time that she began to develop the concept for “Dead Canny”, a dark comedy about a small town in the North East where everyone knows everyone else’s business.
